I dunno what my deal is lately, but I have been feeling like I haven't accomplished anything. I feel like I should be losing more weight. HOw do I get off this never-ending platue?? I workout 4 days a week, one weekend day for no less then 45 mins. At work I am constantly moving around (I'm a nanny of three year old twins). I never go over my calories, I don't drink pop....I watch sodium....what am I doing wrong? HELP!

your body has adjusted to your routine so you have plateaued. Now this will probably sound crazy but increase your calories and change you exercise routine or the time of day you exercise use different machines you need to do something different that your body hasnt adjusted to yet0

You only fail if you quit! You haven't quit so you haven't failed! Keep at it and it will happen!0

switch up your workout routine (increase resistance, decrease mile time etc...)
also using your own body as resistance helps as well, doing things like lunges, planks, jumping jacks, pushups etc....
make sure you're tracking your sodium as well---it can cause water retention!0 -
hi there! i took a peek at your food diary and I think you could probably up your calories a bit. i eat about 1400 on days i do nothing and 1900 or so when i kick butt at the gym with cardio and weight training... when i upped mine from 1200 i lost 5 pounds in about 3 weeks.
good luck!0 -
Rad this, immediately went "I bet she is under eating." Proceed to diary, yep, the one day you did okay you still had a 800 calorie deficit. Your body is not being fueled, eat more. Going from 1800+hard work outs+eating back my calories to 2200-2400 calories+working out less+eating back calories took me from 0.5 lb-1.5lbs of loss a week to like 3-4.5 lbs of weight loss. I ran my HRM for nearly 24 hours earlier this week, I burn at least 3500 calories a day not including exercise, with exercise I get between 4500-4700. So I may actually need to eat more than 2100, but I just am slowly upping my calorie load to find a sweet spot.0
