Today marked 365 days of logging on MFP. For the first nine or ten months, I tried to eat a little less, work out a little more, but really had no clue what I was doing and I was a bit aimless without any significant results.

In February, I decided to get brave and start lifting heavy. 3 months, roughly 7 - 9 lbs (depending on the day) and 2 - 3 pants sizes. A lot less cellulite and a lot more confidence.

Still a long way to go....but I thought I'd share :)

ETA: Crap. Going to reread how to post photos :(

    You look great! Congrats!! (Man, all these posts about lifting are making me want to try it out, but "that side of the gym" is definitely intimidating.)
