Not sure if this has been posted, but I use an app called Runkeeper for all of my cycles.

You can use it for running, walking, cycling etc. It maps your route via GPS and breaks down your time, calories burned etc. And its Free.

    Endomondo is also an awesome free app, just like that. I use it when I run. Love it :)

    I think the one we used is called Ease Into 5k. It's pretty good (my husband the gadget guy is the one who brings his phone on our runs so I'm basically clueless) but this one sounds interesting too. Maybe we'll check it out.

    It records walking too. No matter how slow that walk is, start using it so you can look back to see how far you have come
