Just did this yesterday and they are lovely-dissolve a good tablespoon of Marmite(or vegemite)in boiling water add to sunflower ,pumpkin or any seeds you fancy and put them in a slow oven for a few hours. When most of liquid has dissolved, transfer to a baking tray and turn oven off but leave seeds in warm oven.Once they have dried they are gorgeous-try not to eat all at once though-everything in moderation!
