I was feeling a bit bummed because I couldn't see any difference when I looked at myself in the mirror. Yeah my clothes fit better and the scale says I've lost weight but I didn't feel like there was a lot of progress.... That is until I ran across some pictures from 2010 and omg I had to share...1st time posting pics hope this works :tongue:

    No pics, but if you have day one pictures compare. You dont ever see it when you look in the mirror, but if you take a picture now and compare it, you can see a difference..

    Thanks, and it was.... A combo of eating right and logging, mixed with walking and zumba classes... MFP has really help A LOT!
