Lift weights before, during, after

Hi all! I'm new to the board. I have quite a bit of weight to lose, goal is to lose 115, so this is the biggest mountain I've had to climb for losing weight. Painfully I've gained all weight back that I lost a few years ago from WW and BFL, due to various reasons.
Anyway I am wondering what the most effective way to incorporate lifting weights in my routine.
Should it be now? or should I do nothing but cardio for now to lose and then start chiseling up at midpoint of goal, or wait to lose all i can now and add weights once goal is reached? I hope this makes sense. I've heard so many stories of when to start weights....you know to avoid bulky this, bulky that...yada yada yada.
I took my before pics last night, and after I picked myself up I went to the gym for more cardio bursts. Thanks gurus!

Now. 2-3 times a week. Lift heavy. You will not get bulky.0

Hi, I have lost 28 lbs. total. I am down to 164 and in the habit of exercising regularly. I love the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. She combines strength, cardio and abs, and says it is the most effective way to lose. I have picked this dvd off my shelf, blew off the dust and started it last week. My smaller size pants buttoned, but were too tight, today they fit like perfect! It is killer hard workout, but you feel so good, once you are done. Good Luck friend!0

Thanks so much. Especially for the Jillian suggestion. I've been thinking of what I could do to tweek my regime. Right now I just do Elliptical and Tread, with running and walking on incline fluctuating.
Weights it is. Thanks again.0 -
Jillian Michaels is not lifting heavy.
Check out the books "The New Rules of Lifting for Women" and/or "Starting Strength", or the program StrongLifts 5x5.
Some groups on here for women who lift weights:

Would you consider Chalean Extreme, for lifting heavy.0

I just bought the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred myself. I love Jillian from the biggest loser. I hope that I can actually stop being lazy and start using the video..0
