Hey Ganesh, In your settings , you can choose any metrics you want. You could choose to be measured in Kgs or Lbs depending on your preference.
1 pound = .45 kg
or 1 kg = appx .5 pound.

South Indian low calorie is not easy. I suggest incorporating more brown rice instead of white or better yet, opt for chappati. Biggest issues I see with that region food is the high usage of white rice, coconut, potatoes, and frying vegetables in oil. Sambar is good, too.
I have also made chicken curry (using Melem brand spices) and eaten it with chapatti.0 -
I know this is a bit late, but I'd be happy to help.... 99% of the food I cook and eat is Indian... and 1 serving usually comes out to around 200 calories and fills me up!1
