Hi guys!! so I started MFP back in November, took a break but I am back!!! I have SUCCESSFULLY lost 50 pounds so far! I am ecstatic. I reached my highest weight of about 215 back over the summer and was so ashamed in myself. I used to battle anorexia in high school, and it's still something I mentally struggle with... but seeing how heavy I had reached made me so disappointed in myself. I have lost these 50 pounds in a healthy way, and that makes it so much sweeter for myself!!
