I have been following MFP guidelines..I exercise what they require of me 3x a week 60 minutes each day, and make sure I burn what they want me to..498 calories, plus I eat my allotted calories, sometimes eating back my exercise calories and some days not, it all depends on my kids and my work schedule, plus I drink plenty of water..if I can't get in the amount of calories they want me to burn, I make sure I make up for it on another day..I don't tweek MFP, I let it work for me0
