    Ok, I didn't find my "twin" yet so here are my stats. I am not looking to lose more weight. I just want to continue to get leaner/build muscle.

    I started MFP in March 2012, but just used it sporadically until May 1, 2012 when I decided enough is enough. I'm just so disgusted with myself.

    Just started working with a personal trainer 3 weeks ago 'cause I knew I wouldn't do it on my own! Still trying to
    figure out the whole eating higher protein lower carb thing! And better eating habits of course...I used to love any junk food and
