Elliptical programs

Wow, I usually just do the manual. at my own pace thing on the elliptical machine...
but today I did the "heart" program...makes you pedal faster..backwards and all that, it was a but kicker omg...I am determined tho!!!!!!!!!

    Good job! I have an elliptical at my house, but i have not started working out yet....which i need to so i won't get nasty saggy skin

    i like to use the performance mode, it goes up and down in resistance, and makes you go back and forth too! i love it!:love:

    Yeah, and it's crazy that you burn so many calories is such a short time. I usually go for about 30 minutes and burn 300 calories!

  • I had a great time with Wii Fitness yesterday. I hula hooped, tightrope walked and "played soccer". Good motivation to get back into working out.
