I'm with you all the way darlin...
I started my program at 320 lbs about 5 months ago, give or take. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and my doctor told me my knees and my skeleton won't support my weight much longer. I didn't want to end up like those people who retreat to their beds and are miserable. I watched a show about a 600 pound man and I cried thru most of it. I needed to see it and I was motivated to do something. I googled weight loss programs and found MFP. I am unemployed and have far too much time on my hands so I dragged myself up off of my computer chair and got a gym membership. They have an olympic size pool and an Aquafit class, so I started out at 3 times a week and now I go 5 days a week. In the past 3 months I have lost 31 Lbs. and I am still going strong. I have a lot of energy, my clothes are getting big for me, and I sleep like a baby at night. I like to go very early in the morning, as there are not many people working out at 7:30 in the AM. Anyways, I am telling you this in hopes to motivate you, if your health permits. Everyone knows diet alone just doesn't cut it. I have an addiction to Hershey bars and DQ Blizzards. I have had to give up on the icecream and chocolate bars, but I can sprinkle cocoa powder on my oatmeal and it steels my wool. Feel free to add me as your friend, and we'll beat this thing together.
