Hello!

I purchased 2 Yogalites DVDs the other day. One for weight loss, and one for toning. Apparently the Yogalite series has the best selling yoga DVD on Amazon, and it has a mixture of yoga and pilates.
Now, I recently did the 30 Day Shred and I'm looking forward to a more gentle workout. I hope this is what I was looking for!

Are there any Yogaliters on here? What do you think of it? Do you enjoy it?

If anyone's interested, you get it real cheap from Play.com as well. I got my 2 DVDs for £6.95, free postage.

    I have some yogalites workout dvds. The instructor is Jonathan Urla. I haven't tried the workouts yet. I don't like yoga, but I do like Pilates. I have his Pilates workouts as well. I've only done his beginners Pilates workout and like how he instructs.
