30 Day Shred?

Hey folks! I'm thinking of starting Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred DVD. Has anyone done it? What kind of results did you see? What were the pros and cons of doing it? Would you recommend it? Thanks!

I'm on week 2 day 3 and it really gives you a good workout in the 20 min ( 5 min additional warm up and cool down) I've already lost 1/2 to 1 inch off of my waist 1 inch off hips and almost 1 off of my arms!0

I did it in March and LOVED it. I'm kicking myself for not taking before and after pics or measurements so I definitely recommend doing that. It was fun, easy to stick to and easy to fit into my day. I did lose weight that month but that may be attributed to calorie counting. I feel more confident now and can feel my abs lol so it was a HUGE motivator. I say go for it. I may do a second round.0
