I NEED A SNACK

ok, I have been doing really well today but I want something yummy and filling for a snack. Something big and time consuming. But with no more than 200 calories. (with no diary or wheat)

please help me ..lol..I need a snack!

    Or what I like to do is shake a bag of plain popcorn with a little bit of peanut butter or whatever else sounds good.
