I guess I miss the NSV so I decided to have a sucess story myself. Feel free to report me

I used to be overweighted, in 2008, sendentary Life made me enjoying more and more food, I always been a bit chubby. When I left my ex with my sedentary Life, I was at 195 lbs.

I lost pretty easily with the commitment the first 61 pounds. Then I focused on putting mass after I've been able to go to 5% bf
That was when the real stuff happened

The only reason is going that slow, is because I'm a maniac and I can't tolerate to see a single stuff of fat on me, that's the issue when it comes to weight, there are always some mental side effects. But it's ok, I'm just challenging myself everyday to see how I could add lean mass, explode my PR, gaining volume... without losing a sharp shape I want everyday.
Taso said it's all about facing your fear. I fear fat, I face that everyday :)

Great work, man. Don't fear a little fat, you could pack on plenty and no one would even notice!

have you ever tried holding a man's skull and crushing it?

    dude....you're like mega ultra ripped.
maybe in France lips like yours are common but damn, son. those are some nice puckers.

Your passion is evident, peak human condition even, tho at the top of the mountain, where do you go from there?
    Love.

Yes I know, my moto is "Under 10, increasing chances to get laid are invertly proportional to your own commitment"

It's not the fat itself, it's the perception and all the pain I had with it that led me to fear it. Some are cool with mass bulking, then cutting, and I just....can't
But I like the challenge part of it. carries with it discipline and patience

Even worse... I have in head 3 or 4% the whole year. When I started to go under 8, I lost my libido. and the only reason I would need to go around 12 would if I want it back.
but it would take a year at least to go to 12% from now on since :
    - I dispose super fast of the nutrients (I need to pig out on 4000 calories for slowly gaining
    - I'm super active (literally, when I can walk, train, I do them)
    - I only eat around the training, trying to make it efficient (GH's profit, glyco surcomp, low-glyco during aerobic),etc...

since it's like I've now axed all my life around, that would require so much changes, while It's like I'm starting to have found my rythm you know ?

looks like your also aware about medical arguments surrounding negative health impact of very low body fat, hence missing essential fat requirements. yeah, your a maniac.

however, between having problems to gain wait or to lose weight, i would rather take route of problems to gain weight. it will be more fun.

    Hey tight-rope walker :)
I like that thread, i'm with my friends. IRL nobody knows my story, not as deeply as you do. Some think I just lost weight, and I'm cool with that :)

Jess, can't wait to see you there, it's all about baby steps. I remember in January, I was fearing to eat more than 2000 calories. I juste ate 2800 at for the dinner, miam miam

    :D

    that's the spirit :glasses:

Yes, in fact mental AND hormonal side effects.
I'm quite sure if we talk with Berkhan in private, he would confess the same.

but seriously, lucky me I discovered strenght training, without it I would have continued to drop the lbs, here is in october, the right line before anorexia nervosa and strenght (tired, undereating, etc..):

your a guinea pig for such scenario. this posting is very good pointers for losing and gaining. however, i can bet that many ladies will take your route of getting thin like that.

You look fantastic! And I agree with the previous poster about attempting to crush a skull, you could probably do it no probs:glasses:
Good luck with the mental barriers (like all barriers they come down) and on the eating. Eat plenty on behalf of those who are still losing:smile:

In fact I've been able to reach less during a couple of weeks, found a picture where I wooshed all the water, and vas very vascular.
but uselss. When it comes to weight, yes, as far as you get the basics, it's very easy to manage your weight.

when it comes to lose, much fail because they focus on figures, and the pain associated with the diet. They don't take the time to understand : that it's a TORTURE during a month, while nothing else changes around (they eat salads, while they keep taking the car for a small errand). So they just cycle on failures

when it comes to gain, it took me time to accept food was only energy (I mean to go over the emo fear), and when I started to figure out how much I'll need to eat, that is also why fails : most of strength trainers don't eat enough. They pig on a mcDonald, the day before they claim "I'm watching my diet

I've figured it's way harder to put quality mass than burning fat and losing weight

You are absolutely stunning. As a female, I think I would like to see just a wee bit more body fat. But it's all about what makes *you* feel happy and healthy. Congratulations to you!

There is simply no question that you have mastered the physiological and intellectual side of this game Raz. No question whatsoever.

    Well done.

The mental and emotional side will come. With work. Get some adamantium in your soul. And then...

    You will be unstoppable.

I look forward to seeing your evolution....
