Hi I am 64, and tired of being on medications because I am 'obese". I even hate that word. But, the truth hurts. No matter what age, we need to try. So I am starting a new journey. A colon cancer survivor of 4 years, and I going to give it my best shot!!! :flowerforyou:

Fantastic! I am 64 too and I have found this site to be very motivating for me. The ability to easily track what you eat every day, and the exercise that you do, helps to keep you on track.

As a cancer survivor you have already proven you have what it takes. Stick with it and you will rack up another success in your life!

    I'm rooting for you! :flowerforyou:
