My changes noted so far...

I started on this program on Jan 31st and I was feeling a little bummed out today because I didn't feel that I was losing weight fast enough, but then I remembered to check inches lost/gained from excising, walking, etc..

As of today I have made these changes....

Weight: Lost 8.4 lbs

Waist: Lost 3 inches

Hips: lost 2 inches

Breasts: lost 2.3 inches

Now these are my gains and I figure it must be muscle (I hope)...

L thigh: .5

R thigh: .5

R arm: .5

L arm: .5

L calf: .5

R calf:.5

OK so I feel better now. Plus I have noticed that my clothes do fit better and I don't crave certain foods like I use too! :)Thank you Fitness Pal friends for all your encouraging stories and personal statements to me and I hope you continue to do so. Your continued support does make a difference :bigsmile:

    this is fantastic!!! results help confidence in the trusting the program. and yes measure away because sometimes you may have looser clothes without a ton of lbs dropped- you are amazing!!
