So I don't go on MFP as much as I used to, but I have continued to lose weight without it (thanks to MFP for being more informed about my food choices) I thought I would share my progress pictures!

In just over 6 months..

I have gone from 108kgs to 82.9 (and still losing)
or 238lbs to approx 182.

My BMI has gone from 35.3 to 27.1

I have reduced my body fat percentage by more than 10%

and my fitness has improved out of sight!

So anyway, here are the before pictures, and some pictures I took today :) ENJOY!
