    Hello Schwarzgirl,
    I'm Sarah, 51 (so old enough to be your Mom!), from USA (but currently living in China). I'd love to have you as my buddy. I've been on a journey to lose weight and get fit since June 2011 and I've lost 87 pounds through healthy eating and lots of exercise. I just recently joined this forum, so you won't find alot of history here (that's all on http://weight-loss.fitness.com/f/9/weight-loss-diary), but I have started keeping track of calories and my exercise here since April. I find it good to have to be accountable to myslef and some of my friends who also use the other site, are here with me...so come on and join us! My username is scbibhouse if you want to friend me!
