Haven't seen these topics posted in a while and I love getting new ideas from people so I figured i would start the topic today.
I had
1/2 cup oatmeal made with 1 cup 0.5% milk

I had 2 morningstar sausage patties on a piece of Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat Bread with a tablespoon of ketchup and .5 cup of minute made orange juice anddd vitamins/water. 378 calories, but I usually try to eat a big breakfast0

2 ounces ham

1 piece whole grain wheat toast with 1tbsp peanut butter, banana, 1 cup skim milk0

I haven't eaten yet but am planning on having:
2 light nutrigrain waffles w/ 2 tbsp sugar free syrup
1 Colombo Light Yogurt
Coffee with 2 tbsp skim milk and sweetener
263 calories and 3 g fat0 -
1/3 C All Bran Buds
1C vanilla low fat yogurt
4 C coffee w/ ff 1/2 and 1/2

I had a rather light breakfast this morning but snacktime is right around the corner :laugh:
Dimpflmeier - 7 Grains Bread, 1 slice
Maple Leaf - Canadian Back Bacon, 3 slices
Naturally More - Natural Peanut Butter, 1 tbps
Oranges - Raw, all commercial varieties, 1 small (2-3/8" dia)
Coffee - Brewed from grounds, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Rogers - Demerara Natural Brown Sugar, 1 teaspoon
Neilson Trutaste - Fresh Light Cream - 5% M.F., 1 tbsp.0 -
Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain Bread - Cinnamon With Raisins Swirl Bread, 1 Slice Peanut Butter, 1tbsp Banana TOTALS: 245
