I have been right there with you! I have done p90x for more then 90 days. I can tell you that you will hear, less carbs, better carbs, less calories, your losing inches, muscle weighs more then fat, ect ect ect. I would like to offer this advice, only you know your body, only you know how hard you workout and to be honest, as long as you feel great when working out, and you are eating things that are good and healthy and dont taste to bad then maybe throw the scale out the window! weigh in a year! I know how hard that is, but set a daily goal, maybe its to workout for an hour every day, and eat 1500 calories. then set a monthly goal, maybe that if you meet your daily goal you will weigh once a month, and you hope to lose 5 pounds that month. then...set what you want 1 year out. to set your goals so high you cant reach them! If you enjoy your life style with the changes you are making, keep doing it! what worked for me, may not work for you, same with every one else. I lost 4 pounds a week eating right then I started p90 and havent lost since Feb 1st.......still going... best of luck to you! keep up the good fight0

its so hard! every time i feel like i will be down I'm either the same or up a bit and it sucks! i do feel better now that i eat better and am working out, and yes ive heard muscle weighs more and you're doing good but i wanna see results on that scale lol...I probably weigh myself more then I should but Its hard not to. I drink a slim fast shake every morning for breakfast thinking that may help but i dont think it does Im trying to not give up and hope for the best..my finance is also doing this with me and he has lost more and started after me but I also hear that its easier for men to lose weight. well thank you for your advice and good luck to you also0
