What are some good excecises to tone this area?? I'm tired of waving, then stopping the waving, only for my arm fat to not have gotten the memo...

I assume you've heard that you can't spot reduce. The only way to lower the amount of fat is to reduce the overall fat in your body or through plastic surgery.

There are lots of good triceps exercises: Triceps dips, pullovers, cable pushdowns. But if you have a lot of fat in your arms, you'll just have bigger waggling arms. You need to lose weight, unless you have a special issue with depositing fat in your triceps.

LOL love this post. My arm fat is the last to get the 'stop-waving' memo too. I know you can't spot reduce but I do work on my triceps using the tricep machine at the gym in hopes that when I lose more weight it stops jiggling!

I bought a resistance band and I do what is called a tricep kickback. It helps to tone the triceps. You hold one side of the band at the hip and pull back the other side of the band away from the body. You can also hold the band out in front of you and stretch it out then slowly bring it back without bending the elbows. Hope this helps you.

I also had about 3 inches hanging down that wobbled all around. It has almost banished in 2 months from lifting heavy. I lost alot of body fat from lifting, and it is what really toned my arms. My extra arm fat is almost non existent, I don't feel embarrassed to wave anymore. It helped from all heavy lifting not just tricep kickbacks and such since there is no spot reducing. I can not stress enough what lifting heavy will do for you:)
