    Hi there,

    I'm in central London - not the easiest for dieting! I live seconds away from the tube and still have to pass the chinese a supermarket and 2 corner shops to get home. And that's if I can say no to dinner out at the other end. urgh!

    Still, so far so good. I've been doing diet chef lately and it's working well when I stick to it.

    How are you getting on so far?
