its not a huge accomplishment.. but just this week i started burning 501 calories during a workout... i was so excited to get to 500!!! i did that for 2 days.. and today i did 505!!! lol.. thanks for allowing me to share my excitment from my tiny accomplishment =]

    Good for you. It gets more addictive as time goes on and the calorie burn gets higher too. Just don't push too hard too soon and undo anything.
