Love this site.... and was doing so well... 12 lbs lost in 7 weeks! Then life/work got extremely hectic & all my bad habits came creeping back. Have only gained back 3 of what I had lost, but need to get back on track. Any tips on how to do this with a very crazy schedule? I'm a single mom with 3 kids who works two jobs - sometimes over 60 hrs a week! Just can't seem to find the time to squeeze in exercise. If I ever do have a few free minutes, I'm too tired to get motivated. Help!!!

I wonder why nobody answered this thread. Maybe right now is not the best time to diet since you do have a lot on your plate and you sound stressed out to extent. Maybe just watching what you eat and preparing meals ahead of time would help sticking to the plan. I am the same way too, when things in life don't go right and I stop taking care of myself, it's easy to fall off the wagon. What helped me was antidepressants and having some structure in my life, so I can't just let myself go and feel bad about myself.

Thanks for your thoughts - the meal issue is definitely one of the biggest problems. I am once again trying, but this go round I've enlisted the help of my children. My oldest plays football and struggled last year because he got a bit lazy with his fitness program, and my younger son has has carried 15 extra pounds for about the last 4 years (gained it when his father & I went through out divorce - eating for comfort). So now we are all eating healthier together, they are helping me prepare meals, have been willing to try new, healthier recipes, and we are doing Insanity together. We are half way through week two. I have already lost 5 lbs and inches - we are very excited to try the fit test and take our weight/measurements this weekend.
