Okay... Now I have both.
I NEED NEED NEED to start one of these TONIGHT.
Only problem is, I don't know which one I should do.
I guess I'm looking for anyone who has done them both and which one they recommend I do first...

I have both too, but I started 30DS first because that is the one I got first. I'm in level 3 now, and 2 weekends ago I bought ES&S. I think is whatever you prefer and works for you, on 30DS the work outs are shorter (around 20 min + 3 min warm up + 2 min cool down) and ES&S work outs are around 30 min +warm up and cool down. Whatever works for you.
Personally I think ES&S the work out is more fun. And 30DS is hard but pretty awesome for 20 mins.0 -

I'm pretty out of shape and these are my first videos. I bought the Extreme Shed and Shred and felt I was going to be sick about 5 minutes into the work out. I couldn't get past the burpies.
So I bought the 30 day shred. I'm on day 6 of Level 1 and it was HARD to start with but I could push through it. My plan is to do it this month and try the extreme SS next month.0
