suspension trainer results

just completed 8weeks of core training using a suspension trainer rip 60...wish i would have taken before photos!
very pleased with results :0) it was the BEST fitness equipment investment i have ever made!

    the trainer is called RIP 60 comes with a set of dvds ( a new one each week), door hanger, diet plan (which i didn't follow). i bought it on hsn.com, it was $119...looked on amazon, some sellers had it for $99.
    i injured my shoulder in february and needed a way to continue training without provoking my injury. worked out well :)
