If I can do this anyone can. It's been a long journey, but I couldn't have done it without my friends on mfp. Also, I have to thank my husband for checking my diary everyday and giving my his support also. I have another 55 lbs. to lose, but feel that I can do it. Anyone can feel free to add me if they wish. I will give encouragement and support along your journey as well.
