Bigger and better booty!

I'm trying to get a better butt and am looking for exercises that target the area. Should I start lifting at the gym? Or do regular at-home squats work as well? What are the best exercises for a kickass *kitten*?

    I reckon my *kitten* has toned up loads since I started doing squats at a pump class, like it has lifted up and it's rounder and firmer!

    squats,lunges,step ups
  • step-ups, plie squats, lunges, lying butt raises, and kickbacks will all help with that!

    kick backs, kick backs, kick backs!! I have no bum, but at one point I was doing a whole hell of a lot of those in boot camp and boy, was my bum perky!

    Lunges (both walking lunges and the kind where you step back) and jumping squats. Jumping squats are my favorite!

    Edit: Also squats, but put one foot up on a chair/stool and just act like you're doing a regular squat. It puts more weight on one leg so you get faster results and more burn in your butt!
