I am 5ft7. I have a very small build; I look overweight when I weigh less than most people of my height! I put weight on my belly.
I have recently lost about 20 pounds and aware that soon I will be approaching a weight that I would like to maintain... but i'm not sure what this weight should be. if anyone could give me a clue as to what number, or range of numbers are healthy and suit me it would be much appreciated!!

:)

i know where your coming from! although im a little 5ft 2in and so i look twice my weight because of how i carry it, mines all in the belly and hips! iv decided for now that im going to get to 140lbs, im 177lbs now. then im going to see from there how i look/feel. iv had a look at the BMI calculater and that puts me just in the healthy range, so maybe then i might go for another 5lbs or something to take me that little bit extra in target. last thing i want tho is too look too ill! im more focused on what the figure in the mirror looks like than the figure on the scales

I'm 5ft 2 and 130lbs and also wondering where to stop but I figure it's about when you feel happy with yourself (as long as you don't have a view of yourself that's too influenced by society's ideas about being mega-skinny!) and for me it's when I can fit easily into a size of clothes cos often I'm in between sizes which is just annoying. I'm just into a UK12 atm and am happy with that - don't really want to have to buy even more new jeans ;)
