gained second week

I am staying within my calorie allotment...I think I have seen bad second weeks on the
biggest loser, but it's frustrating and makes it harder to stick to it...anyone else
have this happen to them...

thankyou
Linda

Most likely water fluctuations, your body is getting used to the new eating habits. I'm sure you lost quite a bit of water the first week, now you're probably holding on to a little bit more. Give it some time and don't stress over it.

Don't stress about short-term fluctuations. As long as you see your weight go down to new lows every once in a while, you're doing it right. I log my weight every day, and you can see how crazy it's been for the last month. Until this past week, it was just bouncing back and forth between 318 and 323 without making any apparent progress, but looking at the whole 30-day period, you can still see that it's moving in the right direction.

thank you all so much. I can be my own worst enemy!! as soon as I see a gain, I think I'm
just "different" and it won't work ...poor me!!!

I weigh myself every day also...charting is a great idea

by the way you guys look like you are doing great

The chart comes from right here on MyFitnessPal, by the way. I just took a screenshot of it. Click the "Reports" tab, click the Progress bullet, and choose Weight from the report drop-down and whichever time period you want. It'll show you a graph containing data points for each time you log your weight on the site.
