Look into the book "The New Rules of Lifting for Women". It's a great book and you will get great results. it has 6 months worth of workout routines in it.0

If you can not afford all the weights that go with the New Rules of lifting for women, I suggest some 5lb weights and Jillian Michaels Ripped In 30! I have done 30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones and am currently doing Ripped In 30. But if you go to a gym the definitely get the New rules book!0

If you have an iPhone download ifitness. As you approach a machine find it on the list and it will take you step by step through its proper use. You can even download videos. It will appear that you're just checking your iPod and changing the music. Or, take a bootcamp class or whatever your gym offers using free weights.0
