Hello Everyone! I hope everyone is well and feeling good!
I get very bloated when I am on - My boobs can sometimes go up 2 cup sizes, my belly seems bloated and I generally do feel my body holding a lot more weight than normal.
Now, normally, I just stick it out and after a week everything goes back to normal. Infact the week after I am on my body is always at its lightest.
The Problem is that I am due to be on whilst on holiday (next week) So it is Bikini time and wanting to flaunt my body a bit and enjoy the sun on my skin blah blah blah. So Now I am worried I will be this big Miss Blobby.
Does anyone have any tips for reducing the bloatedness? If I just work out even more will it reduce the water retention?
Thanks for your help!!

Watching my sodium and making sure I drink plenty of pure water always helps keep my bloat under control. If you exercise more, you will need to drink even more fluid to replace what you lost from the exercising. The WORST thing you could do is not drink enough & end up a little dehydrated, which would make your bloating worse.0

ah ok - so drinking more and more water helps you to process fluids - a bit like a water metabolism, is the right?0

Yes ma'am, when you don't have enough fluid intake your body will hang onto what's there, so you end up puffy and bloated and swollen. Drink plenty and your body will release what it's "saving" because it's properly hydrated.0
