How was everyone's weekend?
I just weighed in - thought I was doing okay over the weekend but found out I gained a pound, so starting this week at 155.

    hey guys i just started working with a trainer last week and im doing alot of weight lifting so i dont think im goin to weigh but every 2 weeks becuz i dont want to get discouraged. But im off to a good start this week had Pilates this morning and this evening im working out with my trainer and doing at least 40 min of cardio. I have also started eating clean. Hope everyone has a great week!

    I didn't change weight for 2 weeks because I was offline and guessed on my calorie intake and learned today that I was off by 30 calories. But now I know my number and I can go from there.

    EDIT: My weight for the past 2 weeks has been 183.4. I weighed in this morning at 182.2.

    Dropped another pound. I'm now 181.8. That's total of exactly 7 pounds lost. Yay! I'll be so excited when I hit the 10 lb mark.
