Mikes Lite Hard Lemonade (0-1 WW pts)
Smirnoff Ice Light (0-1 WW pts)
    Bud Light Lime
Molson 67 (0 WW pts & 67 calories per bottle)

Those are in my cupboards right now, and will be stocked in the trailer for summer camping.

Or Fresca & Cherry Whiskey (yum!)
Paralyzer made with Diet Coke and low fat milk

Alcohol itself has 7cal/g, it's a macronutrient of its own, without any of the nutrients of the other macronutrients. That being said, your lowest calorie options are going to be unflavored clear hard liquor with a no-calorie mixer like diet tonic water or sugar free lemonade.

Wine is not a bad choice either, because it has good antioxidant properties, but as far as "bang for your buck" alcohol calories, it's still higher calorie than hard liquor and a sugar free mixer.

1.5 oz (standard bar pour) of most unflavored hard liquors runs about 100 cal. I really love my beer and wine, though, so if I'm watching my figure I'll just limit myself to two good ones and drink water the rest of the night.

msn.com under "busniess" has something about the "skinnygirl cocktail" today. I didn't read it but I am familiar with it. Bethany (forgot her last name) has been a contributor to HEALTH magazine and very recently appeared in another May issue (I think its SELF or Woman's Health magazine.) She is the developer of "skinnygirl" margarita, only 106 calories. She tells how you can make it yourself. Might check the website: Health.com for the recipe.

I don't drink myself. I like to get my calories from ice cream rather than alcohol. No nutritional value.
