Does anyone workout when they are sick? I hear it makes you feel better, is this true?

I don't. If I feel ill, I stop and rest until I'm better. Even if I could push through, I don't. I figure, I don't know my body when I'm ill. It's all a delicate balance, and when I'm healthy I can completely read my body but when I'm ill it can be unexpected and unpredictable. I don't really know how much it can handle before something has to give, so I rest up and (I'll be honest) eat junk food.
Once I'm better, I get back on it - but only when I'm completely better. I know plenty of other people would argue you keep working out and eating well to give your body the best chance of recovery, but that's not for me.0 -
If you just have a head cold, then yes. But if you have a fever or chest congestion, then dr says you shouldn't. Sometimes it is best to rest. Listen to your body.0

I would - as long as you treat the symptoms ( no snotting all over the place while jumping around! ) good luck0
