Is anyone reading Dr. Ripich or Dr. Hyman

I'm reading The Diabetes Cure and the Blood Sugar Solution. They are very similar, but have changed my life! I joined MFP a year ago and gave up after a few months of no success. Three weeks ago I picked up Dr. Ripich's book and decided to give it another try. In two weeks I lost 16 pounds. My mom then recommended Dr. Hyman's book and I lost another 5 pounds last week for a total of 21 pounds lost total....in 3 weeks!! And I'm still losing! I highly recommend these books.
Is anyone else following or reading these books?
Ps...I don't have diabetes, these books are for anyone.

Hi there, I am new here (about a week), and newly diagnosed diabetic (10 days ago). I've dropped my blood sugar dramatically, changed my life and list 7 pounds and one pant size. I'm so happy to hear someone is doing it and getting the great results without being diabetic! I'm doing the advanced plan. Sometimes it's difficult, but every diet and massive life change is. Ultimately I eat as I should, exercise and am AMAZED! I'm looking for a place here on MFP to share recipes that are plan-friendly. Do you know of any? Are you still doing it?0
