    5'9.75 now at 182 after losing 1-2 lbs a week in the last month with average of 1900-2500 calories a day.
    I ate back most of my calories from excercise (Insanity), which sped up the loss and supported the high intensity workotus

    I am ok with current weight but won't complain if the loss continues ;0

    I am a bit over 5'10" and currently at 168. I started at 180 pounds 2 months ago. My goal is 1400 on rest days. I usually do 60 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week, burning about 600 cals each workout. On workout days, I typically eat about half of my exercise cals back totaling about 1700-1800 cals consumed per day. So far it has worked for me, I just hope I don't plateau! Want to lose another 13-17 pounds to get to 150-155 pounds! Note: I have not started weight lifting/strength training yet, as I would like to lose a few more pounds doing cardio and then start toning up!

    I am 22 years old and 5'11. I started mfp in November 2013 at 157 lbs. I have lost 20lbs since then! In the beginning I started doing P90x to build some muscle and after 1 round (3 months) I lost 10 lbs without watching my calories. To lose the last 10 lbs I started a new routine in May. I've stuck to 40 minute cardio sessions 6 days a week with 3 30 minute sessions of bodyweight training a week (burning roughly 400 cals a day). Once I started the additional cardio I also started a 1200 net calorie diet. Sometimes I eat my calories back, other days I don't because I am just not hungry. Following this I have managed to lose the other 10 lbs in the last 2 months.

    I am at 137 now and feeling great! My goal is 125.

    Side notes: I also keep a vegan diet 5 days a week (for health reasons) and I found that doing my workouts (cardio and weight training) first thing in the morning on an empty stomach made losing the last 10 lbs a lot easier and curbs my hunger for the rest of the day.
