Cracker Barrel Multigrain n' Granola Pancake Breakfast

Can anyone please help me with the calorie count on these? No butter and with Turkey sausage and egg beaters! O, They are awesome!!! :love:

    Did you ever find any info on the Multigrain n' Granola Pancakes? I have searched and searched...no luck?

    We have gone to Cracker Barrel the last 3 weekends to get these! Guess you could say I'm hooked! :love:

    I have looked and looked for some nutritional info but have not been able to find anything. Since I have no idea how many calories I'm eating to be safe, I don't eat the bananas and I only eat one pancake, 1 piece of the turkey sausage and 1 egg...give the other egg to my husband and bring the other 2 pancakes and piece of sausage home and have them for breakfast a couple other mornings.

    They specifically state on their website they do not give out nutritional information on their products and the two websites to which they refer a person do not list them (neither does livestrong).
