    WOW - great job - you look amazing.

    I just received Banish Fat Boost metabolism dvd, how did you find it - have you done any of JM's other dvd's?

    Oh I started 7th Jan - but haven't got anywhere near where you are!

    i found that dvd to be SUPER challenging! i still cannot fully keep up with it, she works you HARD. but it works up a great sweat and burns a ton of calories if you put all you've got into it.

    We have similar stats - I am 18 (almost 19), started at 196lbs, and am 5"5. My GW is 148lbs for now.

    I weigh 166 lbs and look nothing like you. Maybe because I'm 36 years old and have had 4 c-sections. You look amazing!!! Congratulations!!!!
