    Hi everyone,

    I live just outside Manchester, 35 years old, 5ft 9ins and currently weigh 169.3lbs. I booked a holiday end of last year to go abroad this September and I need a bikini body - this is my motivation.
    I started my bikini mission on 10th Jan and these are my statistics so far:

    Weight:- 186.2 now 169.3 - lost 16.9lbs
    Hips - 44.5" now 42" - lost 2.5"
    Waist - 35.5" now 32" - lost 3.5"
    Arm - 14.25" now 13.25" - lost 1" (each arm)
    Leg - 27.25" now 25.5" - lost 1.75" (each leg)

    Total inches lost - 11.5"

    Im currently half way to my goal of 154lbs but rather than just loose weight I'm focusing on losing inches as well, I'd love to have slimer hips and legs so trying to eat healthier and exercise as well.

    If anyone wants to add me so we can motivate each other your more than welcome.
