    Thanks everyone! Again, it's all appreciated. This is my first week of actually trying to put a bit of weight back on with a long slow bulk to regain some lean body mass. So the support is needed here, I feel weird after living in deficit for 52 weeks to eating in a small surplus. Don't want to "wake up fat" as I say. It's mostly mental!
