Once a month, measurements every two weeks.0

I changed my diet entirely. No refined sugar. No bread. No pasta. Just no complex carbs in general. I weigh every single day to see what it's done. I've lost a lb a day for the past 6 days!0

I should only weigh myself once a week...but typically I do it daily. I only count weigh-ins on Mondays though (so once a week).0

I weigh every day. You must remember that your weight can fluctutate from 1-5 lbs at any given time so don't stress about it.0

When I first started exercising I promised myself that I wasn't going to weigh myself for a entire month.
Now I weigh myself weekly I try for Mondays. But I do cheat every now and then and Do it twice a week0 -
I weigh and track my weight daily, but I only count it as a true loss/gain once a week (Tuesday mornings, after the weekend.) I like to know how my weight fluctuates, and I have found that if I only weigh once a week, I can end up with a fairly large gain that leaves me depressed and in a possible downward spiral. I don't obsess if I gain two pounds overnight, but if I have three days with steady gains, I check to make sure that I'm eating right and not lazing about.0

I weight myself EVERY morning w/o clothes....It's just a habit now....Here is a great tool to use that a fellow MFP member gave us people that like to weigh each day...It's great b/c you can list what's going on that day ie constipation, TOM, too much sodium, etc.
