I hate finals--

They are the most awful thing ever!!! 3-4 hours in a room, several tunes in 1 week, hunger kicking in at hour 1.5, and not to mention the carb cravings during the study-athons.
4 day to go--and I will NOT give up the 1-2 hours I devote to ME. Exercise = endorphins and a sense of release from all the pressure. Besides...even trying to study non-stop is going to do more harm than good so I allow those little breaks

Welcome to my life lady!!! I feel your pain, after I grad with this bachelors (which is my 2nd one), I am going to get my Masters and then PHd, so I will be 40 by the time I finish, but it's ok, it will be worth it and so will yours! You can do it, I have faith in you -- you are going to kick those finals behinds and get your exercise & good nutrition in also, why -- b/c YOU ARE A STAR!!!! :-)

Thank you!!
Just 2 more years--4 more sets of finals and then the BAR. That's it--it'll be a breeze ...haha NOT!!
Law school is the pits! At least I'll have a pretty good summer--I get to spend it with my babe and that will make the work aspect a breeze0 -
I feel you. I am only undergrad right now but am pre-vet. Which means 6 more years of this insanity after my organic chemistry final tomorrow. For me it makes me feel really lazy but yet I get hungrier than ever. I have found taking like 30 minute breaks to walk around helps me not feel like the walls and books are closing in. You can do it0

I just finished my last final paper of the year. I have 3 more semesters of coursework and then my comps and then I am free to dissertate. I hope I can finish this PhD within the next 4 years.0

Focus focus focus--4 years is enough time for dissertation writing with sufficient discipline!!
And 6 years if vet school won't be all studies --lots of practical work too to make it more enjoyable0 -

You got this girl -- that is nothing! You will do it with ease!! :-) And yes spending time with your loved ones, make it that much easier!!!0 -
OMG. You guys this is crazy, I feel all the pain. I graduated with my Bachelor's in Biology two years ago (I'm pre-med). Now I'm studying for the MCAT , medical school entrance test and I'm just dying. So needless to say there goes my summer and the next ten years of my life :-).0

Why do you hate finals? Soon enough you're going to have eight hours straight of projects and deadlines called a real job.
Celebrate the time while you have it.

What you are really going to hate is having to get a real job, never having summers off again, and never being able to finally be done with something as work goes on, and on, and on, and on....................0

Here is a bit of advice. When you are done, don't argue with someone when you don't know the pertinent case law. I have been dealing with an attorney today that I have explained the case law to them three times and they still insist they are right and they are bass ackwards on it. I am not an attorney, but I deal with this case law every day, plus I know the attorney who wrote the brief that is cited (I think that is how you say it). I am just laughing at them knowing I am right. I guess they don't teach you in law school how to admit you are wrong.0 -

Not if you like your job. The key is choosing an employer and career that you don't hate. Exams are impractical and nothing like the real world. I'd rather have a job any day!!0 -

The part about liking your job is very true. I got stuck in a job that I don't really like, but I am good at it and it pays well with good benefits and is damn near recession proof, so I stick around.0
