Hello Everyone!!!1
My Name Is Wendy and i am 24 and curently living in the UK.
I am doing this not only to lose weight but to get my eating back on track as i tend not to eat very much and skip meals which is not good. I go from eating very little to eating too much so I want to start with keeping some sort of idea of what i am eating and how regularly.
Would really appreciate some support, advice and guidence from other members on here and in return offer the same thing back.
Please add me and lets support each other

good luck. you could try to plan out your meals a week in advance and write down what you will eat when, and then try to stick with it.
goals are easier to adhere to when they are written down. it is a psychological thing that exists within humans that they tend to stick better to **** they write down.0
