May challenge: @ least 30 mins of cardio 6 days a week!

Join me in the rest of the month of may of doing at least 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week! I have been struggling with getting my cardio in recently so i need others to help me stay motivated and hold me accountable! lets do this!!!!

    I am doing 30 day shred.. It includes cardio + strength training + abs in 20 min workout .. Perfect combination .. I am on day 3 of Level 1 ..
    I will try to exxtend it to 30 mins by adding some more cardio in it ... I am with you girl ... :))

    im up for it too never done a challenge but will give it a go :) just added you :) ive already done 60 mins on my treadmill this morning :)
