I know, this is very 90's!! Does anyone have a recommendation for a step aerobics DVD? Thanks!

    There are tons of good instructors making new step workouts - Cathe Friedrich, Kelly Coffey-Meyer, Christi Taylor. The workouts are not 90's style at all!

    I recommend looking at collagevideo.com. You can read reviews and watch clips from all the videos they have for sale.
