So this is me as a runner before MFP on the left, and one week ago at the end of my first marathon on the right. I've been on MFP since September last year. I hope there are obvious changes...

    I would've guessed that the guy on the right was 5 - 10 years younger than the guy on the left. Plus, you're definitely leaner. Nice work!

    I see the age difference, but the FIRST thing I noticed was....the guy on the left looks like he is struggling...where as the guy on the right looks like he could "do this all day long"!! Congrats...you look great!
