Hello guys. I am new here and I hope to make MANY motivational friends on here. I was referred to this website by my Doctor super recommends this website for calorie tracking.
First of, my name is Smael. Pronounced EXACTLY like smile. I am Malaysian and was born in Orange County, California. Resided here my whole 29 years. Turning the big dirty 30 next Wednesday and I'm looking to make my life a little more healthier than it is now.
I just got done with the Insanity Fit Test and it kcikced my *kitten*!!!
